Pangaea: A Folk Opera premiered in the 2016
Philadelphia Fringe Festival.
This devised theater piece was created by
the Hum'n'bards Theater Troupe,
led by director Jasmine Kojouri
and lead artist Anna Flynn-Meketon.
Pangaea tells a story through song,
dance and spoken word about what the
world may look like if the continents split
even further apart.
I served as assistant director and
assistant stage manager for this production.
My duties ranged from choreographing dances, leading improvisational exercises, creating lighting cue sheets, cleaning messes and working with our director to
get the most out of our artists.
Here are some fabulous reviews.
